Mindful Body Therapy
Mindful Body Therapy is the awareness of mind, body and spirit. It is inspired by the ancient healing systems and a belief in a truly holistic approach to therapy. It combines Counselling, Mentoring, Massage, Yoga based stretching therapies, Dance, Meditation, Reiki and other healing techniques, to promote the natural healing processes and restore physical, emotional and mental balance.
The sessions are individualised, flexible and adapted to the specific needs of the individual. The method is therapeutic and focused on bringing awareness to the root cause of the problem rather than merely treating the symptoms; thus ensuring immediate relief of the symptoms with long lasting results. |
